Independent since 2023, I work across the whole life of a grant: scouting the right call, writing the proposal, building the consortium, designing the budget, then monitoring, evaluating and reporting once the money is in.
My clients are creative industries, municipalities, foundations and third-sector organisations. I work in English, Italian and French, mostly between Paris and Milan, and wherever the project is.
Before going fully independent I co-founded Line Culture (2020–2024), a studio for co-design in urban regeneration, and I am a founding member of Placemaking Italia. A significant part of my practice still concerns the cultural programming and governance of spaces in transition.

Grant design and proposal writing
Opportunity scouting, concept notes, full applications, partner search and consortium building, budget architecture. I coordinate the whole submission, including the parts nobody wants to do.
Cultural strategy and regeneration
Positioning and programming for institutions and cities: strategic plans for culture, candidacies, temporary uses of underused sites, participatory processes and long-term visions with a culture-based mission.
Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
Indicator frameworks, data collection, mid-term and final reports, audits. The unglamorous work that keeps a funded project fundable next time.

Design and management of the monitoring and evaluation framework for a three-year municipal strategy for culture: indicators, data collection with cultural operators, yearly reporting to the administration.
Full-cycle advisory for festivals, publishers, music organisations, museums, cities and foundations across Italy and France. Over €8M in grants secured for clients and partners.
