Mattia Carlo Cherubini (Brescia, 1998) is a cultural strategy and European funding advisor. He designs, secures and manages funded cultural projects for creative industries, municipalities, foundations and third-sector organizations, working across the full project cycle — from opportunity scouting and proposal writing to consortium building, budget design, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

He works with European and Italian public funding programmes including Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, Erasmus+, EIT Culture & Creativity, the European Urban Initiative, Interreg and CERV, as well as the Italian Ministry of Culture (FNSV, PNRR TOCC/Invitalia) and philanthropic foundations such as Fondazione Cariplo, Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione CRT.

He is Head of Monitoring for the Strategic Plan for Culture of Brescia (2025–2027), Grants Coordinator at Music Innovation Hub in Milan, and has advised MITA – International Museum of Ancient Rugs. Previously he was Creative Director for Urban Regeneration and Social Innovation at Line Culture, which he co-founded in 2021, and an editor at Festivaletteratura in Mantua. He is a founding member of Placemaking Italia.

He is based between Brescia and Paris, where he keeps a working studio.
